Brand Manager

Position Overview: The Branding Communication Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the branding and communication strategies for Phuc Long Heritage products and services. This role ensures that our brand message is consistent, compelling, and effectively communicated to our target audience. Additionally, the Branding Manager will oversee membership programs, enhancing member engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, including packaging, digital media, and in-store displays.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, using insights to shape brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand values and meet consumer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance brand presence and recognition.

2. Communication:

  • Create and execute communication plans to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and manage content for various communication platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and press releases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed and aligned with brand values and initiatives.
  • Handle crisis communication, ensuring the brand’s reputation is maintained during challenging situations.

3. Membership:

  • Develop and manage membership programs to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to attract and retain members.
  • Organize member-exclusive events, promotions, and content to enhance the membership experience.
  • Gather and respond to member feedback, continuously improving the value and benefits of the membership

4. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in the F&B or Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing membership or loyalty programs.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the F&B sector is a plus
